55th Annual North American Meetings of the Regional Science Association International, 2008
Join us in Brooklyn, NY, for the 55th Annual North American Meetings of the Regional Science Association International. The meetings will be held at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge from Wednesday November 19th to Saturday November 22nd, 2008. Paper sessions will be scheduled from Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon. The meetings will be immediately preceded by the II World Conference of the Spatial Econometrics Association, which runs from Tuesday November 18th to Wednesday the 19th.

Room Reservations
Rooms are available at the conference venue—the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. The group rate for single and double rooms is $209 plus applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 13.625% + $2.00 occupancy tax. Total nightly costs for such rooms are therefore about $239 per room-night. Each additional occupant should cost about $22 more. Our "Group Code" for the hotel is "NTMNTMA." The reservation cut-off date is October 29, 2008. Parking charges at the hotel are at a daily rate of $18.00 per car for overnight guests from Sunday night through Thursday night and $13.00 per car for overnight guests on Friday and Saturday nights. Porterage gratuities are $4.25 per bag round trip for groups who arrive at the hotel in a group of 10 or more via Bus, Minivan or Van service.
